How do I download YouTube videos in laptop? Tips & Tricks from TopBlogMania

If you are here means you want to learn to download videos from YouTube. It’s not difficult you might think, at this tutorial I will show you how to do it, no matter whether you want to download a music video or a NASA YouTube Video file.
Although sharing and embedding YouTube videos on the Internet is generally legal, you are not always allowed to download them for your offline use. It is considered a YouTube term of service violation to download videos, in case YouTube has not clearly granted you permission for the downloading of the video in question.

Step 1: You have to download the 4K video downloader
Go to the official 4K Video Downloader page to download it using the Get 4K Video Downloader button. Once you have downloaded the installer, you need to run it to install the application into your PC.
Don't get discouraged by the name if you don't have a 4K screen. In fact, the application is easy-to use and most versatile download tools available, and you can download all of your files regardless of your PC's screen resolution. It has support for 3D and 360-degree videos, it can download subtitles and can even do so through built-in links.
A paid version with a price of $15 is available, but the free version is enough to download a simple video from YouTube.
Step 2: Copy the URL of the YouTube video
Here is the easiest step: just go to the YouTube video for downloading by copying the URL of the video from the address bar located at the top of the browser window. You can close the window or tab of the video with the URL locked and uploaded to the clipboard.

Step 3: Paste in the URL
Open the newly installed 4K Video Downloader application. You don't need to paste the URL manually: you only need to click the Paste Link button from the top left corner of the menu bar and it will take the URL from your PC's clipboard.
Step 4: Download the video
Once you have finished reviewing the video, several video quality options, formats and conversions will be given to you. You can even change where you download videos, it will create a folder containing all the downloaded videos. Please note that any videos the software takes would be based upon your IP address, by default, instead of the URL you entered, which means VPN users will need to change the location in order to download properly.
You only need to click the download button when you select the options you want. A progress page will then be shown with the download size, download speed as well as the time remaining to download. The download can be paused or cancelled at any time.
Once you understand how it works, 4K Video Downloader can be set to automatically download videos or with just one click respectively using the Subscriptions or Smart Mode options.
