Google Street View is now in Bangladesh

This is one of the very newest country where Google street View is available now : Bangladesh

 From 6th Feb Google the tech Geek unveiled 360-degree panoramic images of streets around the capital, Dhaka, the port city chittagong and other parts of Bangladesh densely populated country. Approx 150 million people live in Bangladesh and it is the 65th Nation where Google Maps feature is available now. Google said that this project has been completed by the help of Bangladesh Government. It will give the benefit for there local businesses like Hotels, Shop etc. 

 In Bangladesh the poverty level is very high so there are alots of People available in that Country they have lack of Internet access. Bangladesh alos does not attract large no. of International tourists, By Starting this feature in Bangladesh, Google's Asia Pacific Director Ann Lavin, Said hope this feature will 
"help raise awareness of the country as an emerging destination."
let's see what happend in future but i think it is really a good step by Google.

Google Update My Map Feature by My Places.

Google Now Update My Maps feature, now it is a history. Now My Maps has been renamed with (My Places) and some of the feature ranted by other Google Products. One fo the Most important thing is that this Map will not support with the New Google Maps that launched earlier this Year. So it may be that you will be happy to heard about My Maps is back. But it is not the Same Maps that you might have remember from years ago.

It is now an Updated version of Google Maps Engine Lite Product that Google rolled out in the early 2013. Now whenever you will go on My MAP feature then Google Will ask to create a new Maps feature with a short feature to upgrade older Saved Maps. Google already says that (All old maps will be automatically upgraded by the end of the year). Then after upgrading a new "My Maps" feature is added under the Google Maps Search box.


I have already Shared link of  Google Support Page that gives you a detail overview of all the feature that have been added to my maps. Here you can do all the activity like your save places, driving directions, add photos and videos, and more. Apart from it has also some new feature. Like
  •    Share your map like you do a Google Doc.
  •    Use different colors to make parts of your map stand out.
  •    Label your features directly on the map.
  •    Import locations from a spreadsheet.
  •    Organize your places with layers. 

New My Maps have also many features like creating a map of all of a store’s/office’s locations, to more involved uses like creating a travel guide for tourists. As like Old Maps. Google also provide some extra feature and tools for map making and a higher limit on daily views with only cost of $5.

Now Google Starting free learning Programme of iOS.

If you are an iOS developer and want to add a map to your application. Google produce a free online Institution at Code School set to Create a course introducing the  Google Maps SDK for iOS  for the developers like you.

This is a free Course covered everything like adding a simple map to using GeoCode and direction with incorporating street view for the iOS. They will also teach you a simple working example to gain the knowledge for build your own amazing Google Maps-based apps. One thing i have already attached for you a videos through which you can learn sample code and its challenges.
