New Update in LinkedIn.

Recently LinkedIn has announced that there team has working to restructured there Search Engine to help Users find what they're looking too quicker and faster. The company recently claim that the new search engine is now available recently.




Here is an overview of changes made by LinkedIn.


  1. Results based on Connections : Now LinkedIn search results is based on your Connections, groups and Companies in your connections. 

  2. Search Beyond your Connections : Now its first time LinkedIn free users have ability to search outside their group of connections, before it this facility is available only for Premium Members. 

  3. Personalized Search Results : Now LinkedIn will personalized all the search results based upon your search result whatever you have provided in your profile. 

  4. Surfacing Users’ Content: Now when you search some thing then may be LinkedIn will show the result beyond your company, partner result such as blog post, Slide share, Image etc if it is relevant to you. 

  5. Now you will post your blog easily. : Recently LinkedIn has open there publishing platform to all the English speaking users, So we can say that this is an area where company want to expend there ability and grow. now it is open in all English-speaking user's. 

LinkedIn also inform us that this is "really just the start" and we will do more development for users point of view in coming year.

SEO is top 5 Skills in 2014

LinkedIn research team recently published top 25 hottest skills of 2014, These skills has been determined after analyzing the data over 330 million LinkedIn members skills list which is most in demand.
One of the Good News for Us is that Our SEO Industry comes in top 5 Skills, after Marketing, programming, and other web-related skills also made up much of the top 25.

One of the interesting things we should noted down that LinkedIn released a similar list in last year and social media marketing and mobile development in the top 1 and 2 positions. Now social media marketing is nowhere to be found, and mobile development fell to number 7.
