LinkedIn research team recently published top 25 hottest skills of 2014, These skills has been determined after analyzing the data over 330 million LinkedIn members skills list which is most in demand.
One of the Good News for Us is that Our SEO Industry comes in top 5 Skills, after Marketing, programming, and other web-related skills also made up much of the top 25.

One of the interesting things we should noted down that LinkedIn released a similar list in last year and social media marketing and mobile development in the top 1 and 2 positions. Now social media marketing is nowhere to be found, and mobile development fell to number 7.

Now you can changed your YouTube URL?

Google's YouTube announced from 27 November that now you can changed the YouTube Video's URL really. Before it you have option to customized Channels in YouTube but now you can easily customized your video URL and populate your brand from it all these things occur without creating new account, YouTube authority states this week that they will be send out emails and notifications to qualifying users they have opportunity to claim a new Custom URL.


YouTube will suggest some potential URLs for you to choose based on your Channel's description, Google identify and websites associated with your YouTube account. Once you pick your new URL then all your subscribers will automatically redirect from old URL to New. But there is a restriction on it once you changed the URL then you won't be able to changed it again so be careful about it.

Here's is how this process works.  
  • Firstly you will have to meet YouTube's eligibility requirements, which are as follows:
  • 500 or more subscribers
  • Channels is at least 30 days old
  • Channel has uploaded a photo for the channel icon
  • Channel has uploaded channel art
Your account may also qualify for custom URL after linking and
verifying your website with YouTube Channel. Take a look for

If you get a notification about the Custom URL by the YouTube then after you can set your own URL. Here is the Step how you can create Custom URL.


  • Sign in to YouTube and navigate to the Creator Studio.
  • Look for your "Get a new custom URL" notification and click in the included link
  • You'll be redirected to claim a custom URL.
  • You'll see the custom URL(s) you've been approved for. These cannot be changed. You may also need to add a few letters or numbers to make the URL unique to you.
  • Click the box next to "I agree to the Terms of Service" then click Change URL in the bottom left corner. 
This URL will be linked to both your YouTube channel and your Google+ identity. Once your URL has been approved, you cannot request to change it. When you’re certain, click Confirm choice.
After that you should be all set to reap the benefits of your new URL.
