Whether the Google+ is not too valuable for the General Users, they love it or whether they hate it but it is one of the most important factor in local search results. Google+ have does not there many daily users network like twitter and Facebook and other social media sites but when you have required it is very useful. Now after Google+ Algorithm update your Google+ Page is even more useful for your user. 

Now after this update you can make your Google+ page more useful to searches by pinning your most important posts at the top of your update feed. If you want to promote your page for ex. " If you are running an online store and you want to promote it with Sale tag, Special Promotion or another big event in front or your general user then it would be Great to post with pin to top of the page so that your post will land first page when visitors see that particular page. 

Google has just announced this new feature, Now you can pin your post like Facebook, twitter and other Social Media Sites. So if you want to use this feature just you can click on drop down arrow at the top of the your Published page and Select 'Pin Post' here is an example. 

Currently this feature is available only in Android and desktop version, iOS user have to wait for this feature for some time.
