Starting From 5th September, Google announced a new and improved Site links Search Box. The Search box is really easy to used and it will search Specific Content on your Site directly through your own Site Search Pages. 

Google Notify that, this Search Box have many Updated feature like When Users Search for a company by Name then the User may really Want to know Something Specific about that Company. Before this Update when Google Detected that and they will Show large Set of Site links and an additional Search Box below that Search Result. 
After this Changes Google Rolled out, Now the Site links Search box is more prominent and placed above the Site links. This Search box also supports Auto Complete feature of Google.
This new Site links Search box have ability to Search the links directly from your Own Search Pages. So you need to provide Correct detail about your Site with enable feature. If you want to Specific Search engine for your Site, Just you have to edit Custom Site Search Code on your Website.

If you have already a custom Site Search then just notify the Google on your Webmaster through schema.org/Web Site entity with the potential Action property of the schema.org/Search Action markup. You can use JSON-LD, microdata, or RDFa to do this; check out the full implementation details on Google’s developer site. Now If you will Correctly implement this markup then user will have ability to jump directly from the site links search box to your site’s search results page. If you will not update your Schema.org and Google doesn't detect any markup then search result page would be Shown old Search result data as it is.
